| Football season ending means two things (usually). The first is that another disappointing season has come to an end for my Oakland Raiders. The second is that sports are officially boring. The NBA does nothing for me. Maybe its because I'm a Knicks fan but I find it hard to invest myself in the NBA when below average teams are in contention for playoff spots. I suppose the NHL would have a lot more of my attention if it were more accessable. Hockey is cool but I'm not on the level where I'd drop $100+ dollars for the Center Ice package (hockeys equivalent to the NFL Sunday Ticket/MLB Extra Innings). So now I will sit here picking my nose until I can begin watching spring training games. |
